Direct and indirect evidences of species were recorded in the proposed project area. Indirect evidences such as tracks, scrape marks, scats and dung were recorded to determine the occurrence of wildlife species in the area. Opportunistic searches enabled recording the presence of other taxa occurring in the area. Anecdotal information regarding occurrence of wildlife species in the area was also obtained through interviews with villagers.
