S.O.698(E):- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4, clause (4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No.6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 198 1 (Act No. 14 of 198 1), as specified by the Central Government, the Central Pollution Control Board hereby makes the following amendment in serial No.1 of the Notification S.O. 284(E), dated 19th February, 1996.
