He is a distinguished marine scientist specializing in marine mammals, renowned for his groundbreaking research on dolphin behavior, manatee communication, and innovative drone-based studies.We also have a series of guest speakers for the day:Dr. Anant Pande, a notable figure in wildlife conservation with 16 years of experience, has conducted pioneering research in Antarctica is actively engaged in marine megafauna conservation in India.Isha Bopardikar, a PhD student at IISER Tirupati, collaborates with Cornell University's K. Lisa Yang Center for Conservation Bioacoustics, using acoustic monitoring to study cetacean populations and employing novel techniques for challenging-to-monitor species.
